uhhh...the roads can be a big deal IMO.

It'll take a good amount of time to build the access roads. Teck can save time by building the roads while waiting for the EA.

What this JV is going to tell us is whether Teck sees a deficit in copper by 2017-2020 and if they want to take advantage of higher copper prices with the production of SC they will have to get the ball rolling this year and next in order to do so.
