Sort of...it's the first 25 km of permitted road to the bottom of Mess Creek. Then we would have to wait on the permit for Mess Creek and the More Canyon bridge.

In my hopes and dreams they will build the 25 km now and apply for the road permit to go the distance when approved.

I don't think it would be hard to get permission from GC since Teck already owns 50% of the company and it would save them money if we build it instead of them.

Speaking of EA permit applications, I keep saying that I think they will cancel the current permit and submit a new one to get under the new regulations. Given that Christy Clark is injecting more funds into the permitting process to speed it up, this reinforces my belief that this is the most expeditious way to go.

So, once optimization is complete we might see the current permit cancelled rather than submitted and then a new application. This is entirely made up by myself but it is what I would do.
