I talked to him couple days ago and he was working on it. He didn't mention a time commitment when i spoke to him but his opinion is that it will be out sometime second half of this year. End of February is when he will know from the engineers on Van Dyke whether he can proceed on the PEA on Van Dyke.

I dont think Elmer or Ernesto are allowed to purchase any shares. If they could i'm sure Ernesto would of bought out the rest of the float at these prices.
