I fail to see the difference of getting 500million shares at $1.00 say vs getting 5million shares at $100.00. Net result is the same just ratioed. Same amount of dilution and same amount of money raised. Just looks nicer to some people.

If they did the reverse split after the dilution what would be the difference?
