This mine will go on for much longer than 12 years, 20 years, 50 years plus. This press release looks more of a hint that Teck is getting closer to a production decision (Thats the way i see it and i'm sure others do too). They can't base the EA on 18 years, 20 years. 12 years is more reasonable and other major miners look at this differently. Having a quick payback period doesn't hurt us but makes us more desireable.
