That deficit is always there. It's because we lose money every year and it accumulates over time. I think it means it can be deducted from revenues if there ever are revenues, so it is a bit of an asset in a takeover situation. (I think. It's like buying a company for their losses to lower your revenues.)

The $3.5 million expected soon for the tax refund is good news. That should see us through this year at least, and alllow us to compete the PEA on VD.
