I don't think there is this secret motive from Teck and trying to get Ernesto into a lower price.

If there is going to be a deal, it's going to be a fair deal as Elmer always says.

But what is a fair deal? What is overpaying? What is underpaying? What price is it? Can someone explain what price is fair and what is not?
