As per previous discusson SC's FS is no longer NI 43-101 compliant. I forgot about that discussion we had earlier on that.

I wonder why CF can still list it as reserves and NI 43-101 compliant? I guess because they did the work?

I realize rules don't always make sense, but I may be wrongly assuming it is either compliant or not? We are in a JV, so we really didn't sell the asset (but did give up majority control).

After re-reading our discussion on this, maybe they don't want to put a number on it until optimizations are complete? Best foot forward and all...

Do you think a production decision is enough to bring it up to compliance - or would they have to redo the resource estimate or FS?
