We have not broken any "downward long term pattern ..." yet.

However, a couple weeks ago I wrote this:

"Since the Dec. Tax Loss selling low, we have formed a higher low and crossed back above the 50DMA.

So far so good. If we can move up a couple more pennies, that would form a second higher low.

CUU's chart looks constructive.."

We now have formed that second higher low. There is resistance at $.155, right where we closed today.

IMO, the CUU chart no longer looks constructive - it now looks VERY CONSTRUCTIVE!
