Why would they have to do a financing down here? The warrents are worth no value to the company currently. No one is going to buy the warrents unless the price goes up there anyway (which might be the buyout anyway and then those people don't even have to pay the warrent price). So basically these warrents are no cash for the company anyway. Along with that we also have money and do not need any for a couple years assuming the same spending as last years financials. You know, we don't need the warrents...

So I am sorry, you couldn't be more wrong about there being a negative. Instead of having 400mil shares we have 402.5mil shares. IE my ownership is dilluted by these shares. Once again, as I said already it is a small amount, but it is a negative none the less and you can't dispute this at all.
