Strange things happen with the Venture exchange. i wouldnt be surprised if someone does knock on our door and tells Elmer that they will take Ernesto's Price. I still believe in dumb luck as i have seen in with many Junior Ventures in the past. This is a big reason why i haven't sold anything yet.
