The manager of EBC today told me that the road is probably complete by now. The road was supposed to be followed by all the Penstock along the way to provide the mine for Diesel. (Penstock is still sleeping there)

Can you explain some of the terms to me? Is the Penstock the pipeline for the diesel fuel? Are you saying they lay this pipe alongside the road for the fuel? That would be going to GC, right?

When he says the road is probably complete by now does he mean all the way from Hwy 37? They haven't said they were building that part yet. The GC road was stopping the other side of Mess Creek but they had the permit all the way to Hwy 37 so I'm curious if they kept building it? This is something I'll try and remember to ask when I call the office next.
