I guess if it is a merger, not an aquisition, that means we'll have a new management to deal with? Will Don Lindsay remain in charge, what about the others that might be familiar with our project?

Also, Antofagasta has their own projects that are waiting in the wings so will ours prove to be more enticing? They do say on their website that they are looking for international projects because they currently are entirely in Chile.

At the very least will there be a time of transition where a lot of due diligence has to be done on both sides to understand the business of the other?

I don't know, I just don't like change at this point in what I had hoped was our recovery.
