Responding to market rumors, Canadian miner Teck Resources Ltd. (TCK_A.TO, TCK) said late Monday that it is not in discussions with Chilean copper miner Antofagasta plc in relation to any form of transaction, and that there are no other corporate developments that justify any significant movement in its share price.
