try and find other juniors (out of thousands out there) in better financial shape than us; I guarantee you won't find many. The majority of them are within six months or less from shutting down completely or face massive dillution.

The majority of juniors are NOT within six months or less from shutting down or facing massive dillution. Quite a few are, but not the majority as you make it sound SF.
