CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Agree, I hate when people say we sold 75% for so cheap or Teck bought it. We EARNED 25% by completing the work to a satisfactoary level.
Along with that, if Teck didn't back in where would we be? Well I would like to think we would be owners of 3x more minerals at SC, and I fail to see how that would be even remotly bad. We could sell it for 10% more than we want for 25% currently, it would be nothing but a steal for anyone buying and would still result in a larger payout.
On the other hand, I can't find the other posts on VD with acid costs and such, seems like I might not be locating it.
