Agree, that should be the 4million. Is that not something we recieved already though, so that is the ~24mil we have already got from them. There is only 40mil potential payments left, and if Teck stops tomorrow as I understand that we will never see that money.

As for the spending this year, you can argue it is like money, but only 25% of it as that would be our portion of the spending.
