Thanks Prospekt for clearing up this. You have certainly cleared it up as far as I am concerned. The wording is clear it is refering to a positive decision.

So the $24 million we already received is all we get (not $44 million) if Teck doesnt proceed.

Nice to have that answered factually.

I think it is quite unlikely that Teck will not develop SC. When is the question. I would like to think as soon as the economy improves and Teck recovers their SP we are next up (maybe sooner).
