Not sure why Teck would keep the port if they weren't going to do anything.

Let's go with 20 years of stalling in place of the 20mil. It's quite a long time to stall just on that one payment.

Seems Prospekt dipped into this some, I would like to add to what he said; if Teck wants to stall they will throw together garbage work plans to meet minimum and not allow us to generate a plan.
