I wonder when all the institute money will start pouring in?

I would suggest that there will need to be a clear turn in the market. I always thought that the institute money was more risk-averse and will come in when the trend is clearly upwards. Still a mixed bag and no one really knows where we are headed from here (not CF, but the overall resource sector).

I'm sure there is money on the sidelines waiting for something to jump into (as our recent run up and Teck's recent halt on just rumour has shown).
