Actually, CUU won't do anything rash before getting the results of study.

Elmer wants to know what Teck can do with this project before selling our 25% interest in the project.

VD PEA should be around end of year since it's going to take roughly 3-6 months.

Carmax, we don't know what to do until we get the metallurgical results.

The gem is sitll SC and we want that result.
