Thanks for that information DP, I did read it through and it seems that Rosemont (another huge new mine) did get water access. Doesn't look as problematic as I was led to believe.

I had a friend of the family (also an investor) send an email to Elmer asking some specific questions regarding water rights.

When he sends me the reply Elmer sends - I will post it here so we all will know in writing where we are at with the water.

I hope you can appreciate the difference between actually having secured water rights vs. not anticipating any problems securing them.
