Do you believe our 25% share is going to eventually be worth, just for the sake of argument - say a billion dollars (or insert your expectations instead)? 1 billion is fair, there was equivalent projects that sold for roughly the same amount in the last 2 years and had what we had minus the safe jurisdiction. (you will have to dig up the posts one of them was Mitsubishi buying a small percent of a explorer)

If you do believe in SC in a big way, are we closer to big mining or a penny stock discovery junior diving in with nothing to lose? I see discovery juniors as make it or go broke entities, and they raise cash and spend looking for a homerun. We won't be mining. We are turning more into an mining investment firm than actual miner or penny stock. We won't go broke (if we are still around get back to me in 2 years on this)

If you believe SC's value to be high, should we be conservative and carefully protect it from dilution by not spreading ourselves too thin? Schaft Creek can't get diluted (Thanks to Teck). Before we would start raising money we would spin off Schaft Creek into its own entity that would still be held up by Tecks cash not ours. The new shell would consolidated Arizona and Carmax (This shell on the other hand could get diluted but once again get back to me in 2 years about dilution)

If there really isn't much value in SC, I could understand rolling the dice and looking elsewhere - less to risk and behaving like a junior explorer makes more sense. You should look and find something better, once you do PM me and i will invest in it.

In my opinion, we have done the exploring, and found a worthy project in SC with a quality partner. I think we should be transitioning to a company with a very valuable asset - protecting the golden goose so to speak at all costs. (Teck is currently protecting the golden goose)

Do you see what I'm getting at? No
