The post did mention core re-logging. It looks like a list of wishful thinking. I'm not sure it is confirmed yet as the program for 2015.

We'll have to wait for YM to tell us where he got the information, and for some sort of official work plan to be announced before jumping to conclusions. (I think anyway.)
