Idea:

I always thought that VD was just a make work project but other than the water issues it actually looks good. I see Hog in concerned about water and so am I. Anybody have any ideas on this? Is it a concern? I understand that mines in the area have water rights and no plans have been provided for anything in the future.

My question is will any water be available to even flush the toilet let alone run a copper mine and where will it come from?
