Even with optomizations, I doubt they can bring it below 3 billion and that is not an insignificant amount to spend - especially considering the length of time until the property starts to pay. Long term this is a slam dunk - but when will it fit into their plans? I don't have a crystal ball. Do you?

Not trying to bash you either, but I think it is naive to assume it is a trivial amount for Teck considering their current financial position. I can see the other side too, but you have been unflinchingly positive no matter what has happened since the day you joined the board.
