Here is my idea Prospekt and don't think it is worth anything as it has been wrong every time before.

I am waiting for the JV meeting and some sort of announcement or reply from the company. If nothing comes of it, I think the share price is going to drop below 15 cents again and I am going to buy and try and average down. If there is something, great. If not, I'm going to try and catch the falling knife.
