I spoke to Elmer and Lynn about this property sometime ago. ( I do phone the office)

Elmer said that he was not interested in buying it because of the difficult terrain to deal with in drilling it.

I asked him if it would have been an important factor purchasing this because the road to Schaft creek goes threw Ball Creek and how bad could it be to drill if the road goes threw it?

Elmer just said it would be too difficult.

Wasn't even interested in buyiing.

This was about 8 months or so ago?
