No one miss understand me here, but you left out a very important part. Our general operating expenses are ~1.2mil/year. Now I feel like I can say what you just said, suprises me that you don't know this. Having said that of course this can be reduced in cost saving measures if needed, but we do need funds to keep us around and more importantly to keep some of the properties.

Now having said that I am not too concerned, and I have my reasons for that (don't bother asking because I won't be sharing). In regards to DP83 not owning CXM shares, that should not matter and he did not owe you an answer on this. His holdings are his bussiness and not yours. Plus if you own shares in CUU, guess what, you own part of CXM if you like it or not.

Having said that I do own CXM shares myself and I have already made money with them and am really confident I will be making more off them. I personally am happy with the whole CXM thing.
