they are only going to review the royalty process. The 12% is provincial tax and was already implemented by the PC's recently. It'll go to 13% for those earning over $300k.

But yes they have said they are going to increase corporate taxes. Market thinks the NDP will be bad for Alberta oil companies, time will tell. On the surface they don't seem to be as supportive as the PC's.
