Over the last few years i have always assumed that Galore Creek could be back in play for Teck by cutting costs with some of the infrastructure in place that schaft creek has... ie clean power, the port etc... They could start these projects up at the same time or start up Galore Creek and work on schaft creek in the backround "as a ghost project" or could be nothing to excited about.
