We'll see, but Rio Tinto is betting on seeing the deficit by the end of this year and 2016. I think many have exaggerated the surplus and the number of new projects that would be coming online, so I think we're going to see increased demand and a big recovery before 2017. Then again, I've been wrong a hell of a lot too.
