Even I have to agree with Golf on this. How the heck are they supposed to file an EA on Schaft Creek when there is still no set plan (or none that shareholders know about), Teck is still doing studies on design, and limited drilling still to take place? Sure, it has been forever but you still can't file an EA without the rest of it and nobody has even come forward to say "yes, this is going to be a mine". I imagine even the government knows you can't put the cart before the horse.
