If Teck was going to develop the property why would they go to the expense and trouble of paying for someone else's opinion or study when they do it themselves in house and to their own specifications?

Makes sense. I wasn't intending to suggest otherwise. All I was saying was that Teck has not yet indicated they are doing a FS and the JV states that a program has to be decided ahead of time to produce a FS.

The JV does say the following which indicates that while Teck would produce the FS they might rely upon consultants and advisors. The JV also says that Copper Fox is entitled to second a person to the FS group to work alongside them. So we're not at that point yet.

  1. The non-Operator shall cause its employees, directors, consultants and advisors to agree to keep the contents of the Feasibility Study and matters which come to its attention while the Feasibility Study is being prepared confidential and will not make disclosure unless in accordance with §29.1 and §29.2.

Personally I'm hoping that Teck will just conclude after optimizations are complete that they want to move on this project and buy us out.
