I re-read my post and I see my mistake.

Sorry Sibiu. I own it...

What I am trying to say 2 years is April 2017.

One year out is April 2016, and 900k will take us ~ 2/3 of a year past that point with no additional spending.

The point I am trying to make is we don't have enough cash for 2 full years (24 months/couple years) from April 2015 (the financial statement date). Thats it.
