Hector pocketed around $66,000 on those 300,000 shares sold. I don't know his overall holdings or what his ACB would have been on those shares but, like many of us, he's probably seen developments in his life that he didn't anticipate years ago. The wait has been a killer. He might have needed cash on hand for something.

I never like to see insider selling but I'm not pushing the panic button on these two transactions.
