If we had maintained control of the property - we could sell.
Until the operator decides to move forward with a production decision there isn't much of a market for our 25%. Nobody wants to buy a share of a property that hasn't gotten a green light from the operator.
Its all in Teck's hands and our investment is at their mercy, unless as Smitty put it we wait it out for the long term (somehow without diluting our investment to nothing trying to keep the lights on).
Hopefully if Teck doesn't want to proceed in the near term they will sell the project to someone who will? That would also be a big win for us. We would all of the sudden be marketable.
