I think your statement is correct. However, since there are roughly the same number of shares outstanding as a few years ago, this must mean that those of us who do remain now have more shares (I know I do). And we don't want to sell at these prices - that is why we have a very low volume environment - not much new interest and not much motivation for existing holders to sell.

Nonetheless, I'm encouraged that we have been gradually getting higher lows.
