I know we are hoping for some glimmers of light, but there's also this dark cloud hanging on the horizon. I bet they'll kick the can down the road for at least another month, but rates will eventually rise. It's inevitable. Then we'll see how badly the markets react.

The Venture has already been hit hard for several years, hopefully it is spared the same sort of trouncing that the American markets might suffer.
