The point I was trying to make is that if someone were to buy CUU share of SC and take over the JV agreement, they do not have to pay a single penny once they buy us out; just wait for the checks to come in after production starts.

That brings us right back to the beginning of this discussion with your original comment: “That is where you are not correct; TECK will have a partner for 25% of SC that WILL NOT share the costs at all. TECK is responsible for all costs all the way to production…”

My only point, in the interest of accuracy in case someone is unaware of the terms of the JV, although Teck has to arrange funding we will have to pay our share and interest on that funding. I thought the original comment made it sound like Teck would pay and we would not have to pay it back, or pay interest.
