Interesting ... Hud Bay Minerals CEO David Garofalo just stated on BNN that they don't put much faith in 43-101 put forth by juniors ... not even in the best of times ... less in times like this.

Yes, he said they always indepdently verify 43-101 reports.

Apparently they like drill results a lot more. That's good because we do have some of them coming.

The 43-101 reports at the level below FS are generally done by engineers who are looking for more business. Hence they put out a report with a suggestion that it is worth taking the project to the next level, and the next report.

There's a lot of negotiation around the details and pushing to get stuff included...and the spin.

One of our Salazar JV problems was that we had to do a FS. That accounts for the massive dilution. At the end of the day the FS didn't sell our project to the world, but it was good enough for Teck.

Now Teck has to produce a report that is both realistic and good enough to get financing. NW BC is still a good location, one of the best, so I hope they show a prettier 43-101 for the market.

Las Bambas, in Peru, has just had some big protests with the locals in which 3 people were shot dead and many others injured. It's a tough world out there.
