I think they gave the dividend because they had said they would offer a dividend once they had received some liquidity. We all assumed, and hoped, it would be a final buyout offer but the $20M is all we got at the time. They did follow through with what they said they would do though.

At the time our share price was 80 cents around, and nobody had any idea it would get this bad for so long. I don't think Elmer could have known how long the optimization studies would take. Even now, we don't know if Teck with then proceed to a production decision or wait until the EA is approved.

In hindsight we should have kept that money so we could buy something more exciting while times are tough all around.
