I just want to remind you that in order to get a complete picture of a situation either a stock or any situation in life really, you cant just rely on what someone says to you. You have to analyze other facts and look for several sources in order to forge your opinion.

Of course Elmer will tell everyone who calls they have plenty of options, and I don't doubt his word. Like when he says he will do everything he can to liquidate SC I fully trust his intentions are good. You must learn to scratch below the surface and look for facts or consider different perspectives that will help you uncover more information.

In this particular case, I am confident Elmer will consider ANY other solution before diluting. And I sincerly wish he can make that plan work. GLTA
