Just for kicks, I have to do the math. $1,135,000,000 / 413,000,000 = $2.75. Hmmm, exactly CUU's all-time high share price. Coincidence?

Yes. Pure coincidence IMHO. I can't imagine that our all time SP high is part of any buyout equation.

Teck's SP on a good run the last 3 days. I doubt shareholders would approve them buying out our share for a 15x SP premium.
