Gotta make you wonder why Teck is not jumping on one of those HydroPlant aquisition attached to the NTL, providing themselfs electricity for mine life in their own backyard...

Free electricity for Shaft Creek, Galore Creek...and sell the surplus to BC Hydro (if any surplus left)

But why would they I guess... when they can spend 20.6 Billions on a 5 years delayed project estimated to last 41 years...
