It's not clear why 5 holes were drilled unless the drill sequence had hole 444 as the third hole. It encountered a decent intercept length with marginally economic grade which may have justified drilling the optional 2 locations. The theory that there's a district with multiple zones remains just that, a theory. So right now we wait to see if the optimization studies conclude and that results in some kind of decision. Teck is not showing their cards and CUU has no leverage in the JV agreement. The JV meeting was held late October and the press release was at least a week later. The price action during the week was not positive. It's usually impossible to keep a lid on good news and bad news always takes the slow train. The next JV meeting is likely to occur late January like it happened this year. Unless Teck announces something about their intentions with SC by next spring then CUU will have to consider monetizing the resource sometime next year just to stay in business.
