I think its wishful thinking that copperfox knows of any liquidty event in 2016.

as far as their own financial issues I think they will do whatever they have to do when the time comes. Majority of shares are held by insiders so loss of credibility among the minority shareholders probably not something they lose sleep over if they have to issue more shares at some point in the future.
