This is what i want to know as well. I just googled Liard Copper Mines and the only bit of info i could find (not part CUU news release) was from Bloomberg which states:

Liard Copper Mines Limited is based in Canada. The company operates as a subsidiary of Teck Resources Limited.

Really? Is this true? Is Teck really just selling something it already own's to the SCJV?
