I have a document from June 2011 that shows Copper fox purchased 2388 Liard shares from Gary Bird for half cash and half CUU shares totaling $61,014 so $25.55 per share back then.

IF the JV paid $25.55 per share, that would be $3,579,555.00 - not an insignificant amount of cash.
