I understand your caution, but this is the best signal we have received in a very, very long time. It suggests TCK is satisfied with the exploration work completed, and will advance SC into a mine.

Nobody should be planning a ticker tape parade, or celebratory trips to Vegas, but this is a darn good reason to smile! :)
